Glutathione is not one of the brightening actives the MFDS recognises. So when a product claims brightening, the basis sits in another ingredient beside it, and that is usually niacinamide. Niacinamide has to be dosed at 2 to 5 percent to count, which means it belongs near the top of the label. Tocopherol is known to support glutathione on the antioxidant side.
We checked all 176 products in our database that contain glutathione. 157 of them carry every partner.
"high for its class" = the top 20% among the 983 products we have that contain niacinamide.
From the 67 that clear every check, we kept 10 and spread them across formats so there is something to choose from. Nothing here is a claim about results.

19 more products contain glutathione on its own, with none of the partners. We leave those off the list.
Prices and stock are set by each seller. Positions on this page come from ingredient lists we collected and are not a measurement of concentration.
