You can cancel anytime from My Page. Billing stops from the next scheduled payment and you keep access for the period you already paid.
What is the refund policy?
Cancel within 7 days of your first payment and we refund the full amount. Article 8 of the Terms of Service has the details.
Do free features shrink if I do not subscribe?
No. Ingredient analysis, dupe picks, your skin match and avoid-list alerts are all free. Premium only matters when you want to save more than 30 items.
Can the price change?
If the price or billing terms change we notify you 30 days before they apply and ask for your consent. Without it your plan simply does not renew.
