How the analysis works
The data we use and how we verify it is laid out on the About page. Common questions are answered at the bottom of the home page.
Curious about an ingredient
The ingredient dictionary lists benefits and the products that contain each ingredient, and the ingredient guides go deeper.
Subscription and billing
Pricing and refund rules are in Articles 7 and 8 of the Terms. You can cancel anytime from My Page and keep access until the period ends.
Want a product we don't cover yet
There is a faster path than email. Search the product on the analysis page, and if it is missing you can paste the full ingredient list right there. We review it and add it to the data.
We usually reply within two to three days. Reported errors are checked and folded back into the data.
When reporting an error, include the brand and product name, which item looks wrong (price, ingredient list, or dupe match), and a link to the listing you checked. It helps us fix things much faster.
